Wine Ideas:
Mingle and
begin with a summery Rosé (Napa Valley Hendry Ranch Rosé is delicious), then
the Domaine Cheze
Saint-Joseph Blanc ‘Cuvee Ro- Ree’ 2006 from Moore
Brothers – it is biodynamic, rich, delicious, and versatile to enjoy with a few
courses – for reds; a few recent favorites – Chateau Calissanne
Clos Victoire 2001 (in magnum) and Oregon’s Amity Eco-Wine 2006 – it is organic, sulfite-free, and
divine.
Dessert and cheese… time for a little Sparkling Moscato d’Asti perhaps.
